Weiss Kreuz

genre: action

Bishounen fest, anyone? Yes, Weiss Kreuz is the bishounen anime, if one quivers in anticipation at the thought of having four drool-worthy young men dominate the screen for over twenty episodes, where they carry out brutal, gory missions inextricably intertwined with personal traumas. Despite having to exorcise inner-demons and ruthlessly subject villains to vigilante-styled justice (under the direction of the mysterious Persia and his attractive secretary, Manx) simultaneously, they still have sufficient screen time for frequent displays of heart-rending and gut-wrenching angst, male camaraderie, as well as ultra-cool poses for the sheer sake of it.
