Yuugen Kaishya
(Phantom Quest Corp)

genre: comedy / fantasy

Kisaragi Ayaka's company is a bit different from those in Tokyo let alone in Japan. Literally a "ghost company" errr... or rather a ghost-busting company that is. President of Yuugen Kaishya, she hunts down various demons and otherworldly creatures who are creating difficulties in this world. Of course, it would really help if she could also control her spending and drinking, let alone the sheer amount of property damage that her company causes.

The four OAV series is available worldwide through Pioneer LDC. The subtitled version comes in a clam-shell case packed with all sorts of goodies such as production briefs, background information, Yuugen Kaishya business cards, etc.

violence

Parental Guidance Advised - Borderline 'suitable for family viewing'. Some scenes of violence, and a very brief scene of nudity, and some adult situations. Overall, this is borderline 'suitable for family viewing' material, taking into account the occult subject matter.
