Strange things have been happening at the Morishita home lately. From doors mysteriously opening, to banging on the walls, to household items shaking, the people living in the house aren't quite sure what to do. So having called upon the people of Shibuya Psychic Research, Mai, Lin, Kazuya, Takigawa, and Ayako go to the home to investigate. As the description of happenings match with those of a poltergeist, it becomes important to determine if the manifestations are those of paranormal activity or of more human origins. However, when the manifestations suddenly intensify as if to taunt the investigators, it strongly suggests that the unusual happenings are of anything but human origin.

As the group continues their investigation, it quickly becomes apparent that the ghosts are very interested in Ayami the young girl who lives in the house. Will Mai and the others be able to keep the ghosts from getting Ayami, and will they be able to free the house of the spirits inhabiting it?

This second story of the series brings us further into the realm of paranormal research. From investigating - JYN, 2001.08.06
